5. You agree and understand the use of all the contents of MyExamBro in any form is restricted to personal use and prohibited for any kind or form of public and commercial use

 

6. You agree and understand that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passwords and other such sensitive information.

 

7. You agree and understand that you are solely responsible for all your activities including and not restricted to entries/opinions/blogs/videos/answers/questions/remarks/columns/hints/ vlogs/responses etc. that happens from your account on MyExamBro under your login, irrespective of whether it is you or someone else using your username and password, whether in full knowledge or in ignorance or inadvertently

 

8. You agree to notify MyExamBro immediately of any unauthorized use of your account/s and /or password/s

 

9. As a user, you agree and understand that MyExamBro reserves all right to modify, terminate, suspend, cancel, discontinue, append, add, delete, its services, stop or reject any or all entries/opinions/blogs/articles/comments/answers/questions/points/discussions at its

 

 

discretion, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any liability to the user

12. You agree and understand that you will be responsible for your conduct while using the products and services of MyExamBro, and that anything you express in any form that hurts the sentiments, faith and beliefs, of others in anyway.

 

13. You agree and understand that you are prohibited from indulging in any activity that tries to violate or violate the security of contents and IP including mobile apps and other products and services of MyExamBro in any way including but not restricted to the following activities

 

a. Accessing or trying to access information and other data not intended for the users

b. Logging into accounts that are not user’s account. Logging into or trying to log into restricted servers, accounts

c. Probing or attempting to probe, scanning or attempting to scan, testing or attempting to test any vulnerability of MyExamBro’ s systems, or networks.

d. Breaching or attempting to breach security or authentication measures in place without proper, expressed permissions and authorization

e. Interfering or attempting to interfere with services to any other user in any form, including networks, domains, servers and other such MyExamBro ecosystems in a way that threatens, jeopardizes, cripples, stops, pauses, causes delays, causes downtimes, or undermines any business operations of MyExamBro

 

14. You agree and understand that you are responsible for any content in any form posted /uploaded into MyExamBro ecosystem that may be or deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, opinionated, inaccurate, incomplete, pornographic, and or harmful or deemed to be harmful to society in general, and which infringes upon the Intellectual property rights of any third party, content that is defamatory or deemed defamatory to the society in general

 

15. You agree and understand that you are prohibited from deploying or attempting to deploy any viruses, trapdoors, trojans, bots and other such deceptive computer programs that damage or attempt to damage, exploit or attempt to exploit the MyExamBro systems, data or any content of MyExamBro

 

16. You agree and understand that MyExamBro exercises reasonable precautions and checks before anything you post on its systems are seen by the general public and other uses and that MyExamBro has the absolute authority to delete any content or posts or anything you say or do or appear to do in your video answers and other such upload that are or appear to be defamatory, inappropriate, suspicious, vengeful, hateful, racist, inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or misleading in anyway. You agree and understand that you will exercise reasonable

 

 

caution before posting, expressing, uploading any such thing on MyExamBro systems and abstain in indulging in any such activity

 

17. You agree that anything you post, upload, express on the MyExamBro systems, any activity you indulge on MyExamBro systems that infringe or violate any user’s including third party Intellectual property rights can lead to legal action and other suitable responses from concerned parties including law enforcement authority.

 

18. You agree and understand that the terms and conditions mentioned here in can be suitably modified, appended by MyExamBro, and that you are responsible to check the terms and conditions at regular intervals.

 

19. You agree and understand that the comments and views expressed by teachers, evaluators and other users are their own, and that MyExamBro does not endorse or support them. Rights of MyExamBro

1. MyExamBro has the absolute right to accept or deny registration and access without assigning any reason whatsoever.

2. MyExamBro reserves the right to append, amend, add, delete, change, alter, its content as and when needed, without prior notice or assigning any reason whatsoever

b. To comply with applicable laws of the land

To investigate potential, suspected/deliberate/unintended/intentional attempts to violate of violations of terms and conditions mentioned herein, or to uphold and assist legal proceedings according to laws applicable and in the interest of safeguarding the businesses, services, content, properties and other assets of MyExamBro/its owners/sponsors/directors/employees/agents and the general public at large

MyExamBro reserves the right to store and process personal information provided by the users in India or any other country where MyExamBro or its agents/representatives/group companies maintain storage and processing facilities. The user by registering or using our services herein consents to any such transfer of information outside India without prior notice

13. All legal disputes or any arbitrations are handled in accordance with applicable Indian Laws. All arbitrations shall be addressed in the Bangalore/Karnataka jurisdiction irrespective of the origin of the disputes

14. MyExamBro reserves the right to recover any fee payable by the user for content and other services bought by the user using all means permitted by the law of the land

15. MyExamBro is not liable for the cost of any third-party services that the user has to use in order to use MyExamBro’s services, internet / data / mobility etc.

16. MyExamBro has the right to exhibit the accomplishments of the users in exams, including but not limited to board exams and other competitive exams, irrespective of the courses, content purchased. This entails utilization of photographs and videos for promotional purposes. Also, MyExamBro reserves the right to publish names, photographs, and videos on the MyExamBro website, social media platforms and other channels where MyExamBro promotes its services. By agreeing to use MyExamBro contents and services, the users and users’ parents permit MyExamBro to request their testimonials for promotional purposes in various modes including but not limited to print media, social media and other promotional channels.
